"Yonkman Construction did a SUPER job helping me refurbish my 40 year old home. My family built the house, made the key areas livable for us, moved in, but never finished off the finer details. Getting it ready to rent required a lot of work to complete those finer details. I needed a prime contractor to pull together the necessary team of electrical, dry wall, bath and tile workers, painters, and construction workers required to do the job in the time and at the cost I could afford. Risking a Time and Materials type contract, I must say Scott and his team put together an estimate that came so very close to the actual final cost I’d have to say they were ‘right on’ with their estimate. They also met the schedule according to the estimate and that required working with a lot of other workers who had to come and go. Scott and his team listened to me, walked through the house with me to identify specific options, clarified the details of each task, costed them, scheduled them, and executed them flawlessly. In a little over one week he had his people on the job with Curtis as the foreman. The quality of those workmen was impeccable. I have never seen a better group of workmen. They worked on so many parts of the house at one time and never interfered with each other. They were highly skilled craftsmen who produced a high quality result I am proud to show off. I highly recommend Yonkman Construction to anyone needing to fix up their existing house."
